Production. B-24E (Liberator) bombers at Willow Run. Fuselage sections for B-24E (Liberator) bombers being completed before going to one of the two final assembly lines of Ford's big Willow Run plant. The Liberator is capable of operation at high altitudes and over great ranges on precision bombing missions.
