Boss carefully avoided them, and when I tried to get a photo which would include a mite of a boy working at a machine, he was quickly swept out of range. Both telegraph offices are almost next door to a caf --boulevard frequented by street walkers and worse? Many of there women parade the streets and the boys meet them constantly and are called frequently into house of ill repute. Location: New Haven, Connecticut
