Significance: An excellent example of Queen Anne-style multiple family dwellings that were built in this section of Waterbury from the 1890s to about 1910. It is historically important as an excellent example of the type and style of housing erected in Waterbury for the families of the town's then-increasing numbers of highly skilled metal workers during one of Waterbury's periods of great growth.
