Significance: This commercial building was erected about 1926, and for nearly half a century, its primary retail tenant was a franchisee of the Florsheim Shoe Corp. It occupies the site of a mid-19th century commercial building which was the home of MacCrellish & Quigley, an important Trenton printing firm which was for many years the state printer.
