4 Dickinson Street (House), North side of Dickinson Street, Binghamton, Broome County, NY
Summary
Significance: 4 Dickinson Street is the largest and most ornate of the Dwightsville Cottages that were built by Col. Walton Dwight in the early to late 1870s. This particular cottage was characterized by detailed vergeboards, a cross-tie ornament and unique latticework on the porch which was common to many of the cottages.
