A strange adventure of farmer Toggle and his goat / Palmer Cox.

Twenty-four panel illustration showing farmer Toggle purchasing a goat and tying it up outside a beer saloon. The goat escapes and harasses a young girl, a policeman, an elderly woman and others. Farmer Toggle finally captures the goat and brings it home, where his neighbors gather around to see it.
