Citrus growers predict bumper crop for 1938-39. Washington, D.C., Oct. 18. Representatives of the Citrus Industry in Florida, Texas, California, and Arizona met today at the Department of Agriculture to analyze production and marketing prospects for oranges and grapefruit and consider steps which each area may take to improve conditions. The growers predict an all-time record for growth of oranges and grapefruit will be set in 1938-39. Pictured, left to right, are: F.H.
