DCM 1118: Augustin Grenser Oboe in C
Summary
Unusual top joint, likely second half to late 18th century; however, the inner diameter is unusually large for a late 18th century oboe (baroque-like). External turnings for upper half of top joint are atypical.

Key Holes System: 2 keys, round flaps.

Mark Additional: Mark on all sections. "N" is stamped backward. Top joint mark is hard to read.
Condition: Upper ivory ferrule and keys are replacements, made by DCM.
Provenance: Schmidt Brothers, Cleveland, Ohio, 6 Nov. 1931.
