Summary
Summary: In 1845, John Lamon gave George Lamon a $600 bond, which bound John Lamon to give George Lamon possession of 120 acres, and a promise to convey title. John Lamon died before making the conveyance, and in 1853, George Lamon retained Lincoln and sued the heirs in an action of specific performance to gain the deed. The court ordered the master of chancery to make a proper deed.
