Dorothy Detzer, representing the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom was a witness this afternoon before the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs. She endorsed a neutrality bill by Senators NYE, Clark of Missouri, and Bone which removes presidential discretion from neutrality legislation. She said her organization could not endorse the Pittman cash-and-carry neutrality plan.
