Summary
Significance: Although it has only marginal architectural integrity, it is a contributing element in the streetscape of a potential historic district in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood. The Hanna House is an example of the Victorian style single-family residence property type. It is one of 32 examples of the Queen Anne style in the survey area. This was the third most common style represented with Vernacular and Colonial Revival examples being most numerous.
