Summary
Significance: Appears to be one of the earliest partially extant brick structures remaining in Jefferson City. The date of construction is inconclusive (ca. 1825-1867) although the Flemish Bond brick work suggests a date towards the early end of this range. The structure was identified by the Cole County Historic Society as the earliest known structure in Jefferson City. The style if German Vernacular.
