A brief compendium of medicine in the form of a commentary on the 9th book of al-Rāzī's al-Manṣūrī fī al-t̨ibb. The Claraficatorium was written in Montpellier in 1365 and was probably the course of lectures Joannes gave as an introduction to the study of al-Rāzī's 9th book, entitled De omnibus egritudinibus que accidunt a capite usque ad pedes.
