Summary
Significance: In all probability, this structure is the "Golf Course Tool Shed" mentioned in a personal property inventory of the estate compiled in 1938 as part of David Gage Joyce's probate file. Apparently, it was constructed about 1925 when, according to former caretaker Joseph Waleski, Jr., the Golf Course and Golf Clubhouse were completed. ... This single-story, gable-front structure is clad in green-drop siding, painted green. The trim is painted white. A garage door fills most of the front (south) side.
