Libya: Popular mobile bath units in the Western Desert

Note on photograph front: Water is so scarce in the desert that often only a few drops are allowed to wash with. But Mobile Bath Units travel about, carrying their own water with them. A marquee is set up with showers, and soon hot showers are laid on for the troops.
