National appeal to the American Negro : "Why we should favor the Chicago platform"

Taylor appeals to his fellow African Americans to vote according to their own best interest and not to vote blindly for the Republican Party any more. In a second appeal, he says African Americans should vote for the Democratic Party in the current election.
