Past and future of the Negro race in America

Johnson, an African American minister, looks at the history of African Americans in the U.S. since 1619 and says that blacks must help themselves if they are to achieve their goals and ambitions. They must organize and educate themselves and mold public opinion in their favor if they are to improve further.
