Panel comic strip shows Mrs. Dingbat asking Professor H.Q. Hipp to hypnotize Mr. Dingbat so that Mr. Dingbat will enjoy social events. When the hypnotism doesn't work as planned, Mrs. Dingbat, furious, returns to the professor's office. Lower section of the comic strip shows Ignatz the mouse and Krazy Katz.
