Leaders of the administration fight to pass intact the so-called 'spend-lend' bill under the Federal Works Agency, tonight went on the air to explain the bill. The round table on the 'Works Financing Act', was participated in by, left to right - Emil Schram, Chairman of the RFC, Secretary of Agriculture Henry Wallace, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee through which the bill must be reported to the Senate Sen.
