At B'Nai B'rith dinner. Washington, D.C., May 10. Appearing before a Senate Interstate Commerce Subcommittee today, Loyd A. Briggs, European Manager of RCA Communications, Inc., protested that passage of the Wheeler bill to require competition between American radio communications organizations for foreign contracts would "cripple" radio communications.
