Fete-Dieu ceremonies in the garden at Issy-le-Moulineaux colony for boys established by the Comite Franco-America pour La Protection des Enfants de la Frontiere. The Comite, with the aid from the ARC provides for the maintenance, schooling and industrial training of about 1500 destitute children from the invaded regions, many of whom have lost their parents through the war
