Here is what a high-class tent hospital looks like, Somewhere-in-England. Two of the tents are old circus tents, imported form America before the War, for use in a small travelling circus in England and purchased by the American Red Cross for use here. The men of the tent hospital have a small garden where they raise part of the vegetables used in the hospital, and also a chicken yard, two residents of which are seen in the foreground
