Secretary of Agriculture and governor of Wyoming before house rivers and harbors comm. Washington, D.C., Nov. 30. Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace, (right) and Governor Leslie Miller, of Wyoming, meet just before they appeared before the House Rivers and Harbors Committee.
