Vice President gets report of rivers and harbors congress. Washington, D.C., April 5. A Committee of Senators and Congressmen today presented to Vice President Garner the resolutions and projects adopted by the Annual Meeting of the Rivers and Harbors Congress. Vice President Garner has gone on record as approving the work of the National Rivers and Harbors Congress, which adopted 51 projects involving expenditures of $6,689,946, which the Federal Congress will be asked in the petitions to make immediately available.
