Senate Committee on Governmental Reorganization. Washington, D.C. Jan 14. The Senate Committee, of which Senator Harry Flood Byrd of Virginia is chairman, on Government Reorganization Economies met this morning to consider Brookings Institute recommendations denying President Roosevelt the free hand he desires in altering the Executive Branch.
