Summary
Significance: Part of the Third St. Historic District. In 1877, Dr. Hyatt Frost opened a drug store in a new building known as the Frost Block. In 1882, Frost moved his drug store to another location and a liquor store opened on the first floor of the Frost Block. From 1900-1981 this building served as a jewelry store.
