Under the supervision of the A.R.C., at Buchs, on the Austrian-Swiss frontier, thousands of Italian soldiers and civilians are being fed, clothed, and cared for as they return from Austria and to their homes in Italy. Many are tubercular and require medical attention. They were held prisoners by the Austrians under bad conditions
