Arthur Besse, President of the National Association of Wool Manufacturers which has a membership of more than 400 manufacturers of fabricated wool and fabrics, and represents approximately 80 percent of the wool manufacturers of woolen goods in the country do not favor the bill known as "the Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939"
