Decree in Ainslee v. Sattley et al, [Law papers].
Summary
In Lincoln's hand.
Summary: Ainslee retained Logan and Lincoln and sued Dickerson and the minor heirs of Robert Sattley to convey to him a 1.08-acre lot in Rochester, Illinois. Dickerson purchased the lot from Sattley but did not receive a deed. He took possession anyway, built a home, and later sold the property to Hollenback for $80. Hollenback declared bankruptcy, and Ainslee purchased the property at public auction for $50. The court ordered the defendants to convey the property to Ainslee.
