Significance: Constructed in 1884, Floral Hall was originally designated as a flower and agricultural produce display hall located on the then, Wood County Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds we relocated in 1952 and Floral Hall remains as the only original structure situated in City Park. Subsequently, serving as a needle work display exhibit, the present name of Needle Hall was given some time in the earlier years of the 20th century. Now the Hall serves as a means of a performing arts venue, rental and storage.
