Summary
Significance: This two-storied building housed a restaurant and game room on the first floor and a large theatrical area on the second and reflected a segment of the entertainment facilities offered by Alexandria. It was typical of the combination of first floor commercial space and second floor entertainment hall that was built across the country after the Civil War.
