Significance: Part of the "office block" of commercial buildings erected in 1922 by the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company on Block G in the Civic Center of Rancho Santa Fe, this structure was the local headquarters for the Company and housed the office of L.G. Sinnard, project manager.
