The carrousel plant in which they work is now engaged in producing war parts on subcontracts from army and navy contractors. Above is a completed shell ejector getting its final testing. The brass bottom of a navy shell is applied on the testing stand, with the spring mechanism which actually ejects the shell getting the primary test.
