Retired from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Department of Interior, after 33 years of service, Mrs. Isabelle Haggett at 75 is now a co-ed at George Washington University, proving the old adage 'one is never to old to learn' still holds good. She retired from the government service in 1933 at the age of 70.
