A Democrat wins again. Washington, D.C., Nov. 2. John Janson, 16 yrs old, from Phoenix, Ariz., whose parents are both registered democrats, last night took first place in finals of a nation wide oratorical contest sponsored by the Young Republican national Federation. The youngest of eight finalists who addressed over five hundred people in Washington.
