Chefang Valley, China. For dusting purposes ten parts of Paris green are mixed with 90 parts of road dust. It was thought that the simplest way of mixing would be to have the full drum rolled to the fields, as pictured here. However the workmen objected rolling something they could carry and insisted on picking up the drum after a short distance so this method was abandoned
