Summary
Images of the "Southern Commissioner" in England, trying to talk to Queen Victoria, drinking with the "Lord Mayor," meeting Lord J. Russell, throwing money at "the populace," giving a check to "the press" and holding a sign stating "Pray bestow a cotton bale." Also includes image of the Commissioner in disguise as a "French Lady" taking a steamship "St. Nicholas" away from a man.
