Summary

Print shows a frightened Southern plantation owner asking one of his slaves if he has seen any Yankee ships, the slave tells his master that he is too frightened to see anything since he was told the Yankees would sell him into slavery in Cuba. Another slave stands behind the door laughing.

Caption continues: Pomp (suddenly becoming serious): "Lor' bress you, Massa, I'se so awful scared since you was a-tellin me de Yankees would sell me into Cuba, dat I can't see nuffin' at all." Casear (behind the door): "That's so. Yah! yah!"
